Well Family!!!
I don't even know where to start. To answer your questions... I will be upset if I don't get to watch RaShea´s game. As for not being released until the next day, the longer I get to keep the plaque, the happier I will be. As for the big event, I don't care what we eat as long as it's American or at least normal.
Okay, now onto this week! AAHHH! I talked Hermana Kimball into us both going to Nemby. She was just going to go, but it was both of our area's and well...I really wanted to! But anyway, I got to be with Hermana Line and the highlight was visiting the Familia Moreno!!! It was so bitter sweet. Only Monica was home. All the kids were gone. She was so excited at first, but then really upset because I was only there for a minute and she didn't know how she was going to tell her kids that we came and they weren't home.... It was a bit of a heart breaker for me. But it was a good day.
Anyway, Saturday was the most..., I don't even know, day ever...! We had to wake up at 5 to go to Ytororó to pick up Hermana Ramos and drop off another sister. Then we went to Villeta to do studies with a companionship that is NOT working.... They don't leave their house until 6 in the evening...ahhhhh...! Later we were on our way home, on our 6th bus of the day, and Hermana Kimball got sick so bad that we had to get off the bus and find a bush! Then when we got home, somewhere along the road, I had lost our house keys! We had to wait for a locksmith to come and break in, then make a copy of our keys.... It did scare me how fast he broke in though. Anyways, sorry, but I will have to take a bit of money out to pay for that!
However, the day did not end there. It started raining as we were talking to a member outside of her house and somehow I broke their big metal mailbox and it fell on the member's foot and she started bleeding all over! Then we visited a less active member who is 21, pregnant, and living with her boyfriend. Anyway, she has her boyfriend's grandma sitting there with us. The grandmother fell a while back and has open wounds which the flies were swarming everywhere and I accidentally dropped my hymnbook on her feet...both of them! My comps were literally just praying I wouldn't kill anyone. THEN!!! We were finally finishing up the day and about to cross the street when a car hit a motorcycle right in front of us and we saw the two helmet-less passengers go flying! I had no clue what to do! It was horrible. First time I have ever had to call 911. Luckily, the man was fine, but his wife was pretty beaten up. I honestly don't know what happened to her after the ambulance came.
The awesome part of the day was when we were visiting with the less-active girl.... We were asking her if she thought her boyfriend would come to church? If they were planning to get married? Etc.? Anyways, she told us she would go ask him, and she left to invite him to church...or so we thought. When she came back, she sat down with a smile and was like... "Yeah, he says we can get married....." It was soooo funny! We didn't expect her to go propose!
Anyway, I love you all. There's more news, but no time! Until next week!
Love Hermana Thacker
