Hola mis queridos! Les quiero mucho! This week so much happened! It was awesome! We found three or four people in the streets that have been to church more than three times and liked it and are open to baptism. WOOOH WHOOOO!
Then, we have been trying to reactivate a couple. They are awesome. They are 35ish, he’s a RM and they have a 2 year old. Anyway, we got in the door when we promised a FHE with Brownies, and then we ended up teaching them, her mom, her sister and her niece. The niece, Gabriela, loves it and came to church for the second time this week. She is already working on her Personal Progress and her English is really good! Haha! The mom said all of her daughters were members and that she would always encourage them to go, but that she would never be baptized. Haha! I told her that there were only two types of people... Mormons and Future Mormons! She laughed. We will see what happens. The other thing is... I don’t know why, but it wasn’t until I was with Hermana Boley that I actually started to ask people wherever and whenever to be baptized. I was afraid before, but now...I don’t know... Really it finally just clicked that that is the only way I can really help them. So...Hermana Lindsay and I found 5 new people yesterday who said they would be baptized when they receive an answer. Haha! I went from asking maybe one a day to making a goal to ask someone every hour of proselyting time. Haha! It’s great.
Oh, another awesome thing...I sleep talk....in SPANISH! WOOH WHOOOO!
Also, you guys can come visit me... in 6 months if you want. We have permission. You don’t have to but it is an option.
Anyway, I love you! I have lots more to say and ask... but!!! SEE YA! Hermana Mick
